Today, people are more conscious of fitness and health. While you know that it is not good to be overweight, dieting and exercise puts you off when you think of feeling hungry afterwards, getting tired and sweaty and having you deny yourself treats for a long time. Because of the absence of immediate results, people stop dieting and exercising even though they know it is good for them. The failure of many people in achieving the healthy lifestyle is because of this.

One way to help yourself is to give something to gratify yourself while you are doing your health plan. It is not really impossible to gain health benefits while laying aside instant gratification. There is no single solution to overcoming the problem of gratification perception. But, you can actually try some methods to help you overcome this. It is possible to add a bit of instant gratification to your health plan. Just to give you motivation to help you achieve your health goals, you can reward yourself every time you achieve a goal on your healthy living plan. You can start reducing rewards as you get used to your new habits.

Don’t ever reward yourself with food items. With these rewards, you can have self gratification while achieving your health goals.
